Live Bait: We do not accept physical returns of live worms once they have been delivered.
The Guarantee: If your bait arrives dead or sluggish, you must contact us at [Insert Phone/Email] within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Resolution: We will either replace the bait on our next delivery run or provide a store credit for the value of the “Drop.”
Customer Neglect: We cannot offer refunds if the bait was left in direct sunlight or extreme heat against our “Care Instructions.”
