these terms. Carolina BaitDrop reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Nature of Product (Live Bait)
● Biological Variance: You acknowledge that Mackey’s Munchers are live organisms.
While we guarantee “premium” sizing, natural variance in length and thickness is
expected.
● Lively Guarantee: We guarantee your bait will arrive alive and active. To claim a
replacement under this guarantee, you must provide photo or video proof of the
inactive bait via email within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
● Guarantee Exclusions: This guarantee is void if bait is left in temperatures exceeding
85°F for more than 2 hours post-delivery, or if stored in a non-refrigerated environment.
3. Delivery & Subscription Logistics
● Zip-Code Automation: Delivery days and pricing (including Neighbor Rates) are
automatically assigned based on the Zip Code provided at checkout.
● Unattended Delivery: You authorize Carolina BaitDrop to leave bait at your
designated drop-off location. We are not responsible for theft, pests, or weather damage
once the delivery photo confirmation has been sent.
● Subscription Pauses: Subscribers may “Pause” their delivery through their Account
Dashboard. Pauses must be submitted 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day to
be effective for that week.
4. Public Dock Pickups (Zone 3)
● Customers choosing “Dock Pickup” must meet the delivery vehicle at Blythe Landing
Park during the designated window (6:00 AM – 7:30 AM on Saturdays). Failure to arrive
during this window results in a forfeited order without refund.
